To your left, a cozy living area invites friendly conversation or a quiet moment to relax. To your right, a beautiful Black Baby Grand Piano is nestled among comfortable seating, often echoing with soft melodies that set a tranquil tone throughout the space.
Beyond this welcoming entry, you'll find hallways branching left and right, each leading to thoughtfully designed resident suites. Whether you're looking for a Regular Suite, Junior Suite, Garden Suite, or a spacious Grand Suite, all of our 70 rooms offer comfort and customizable options to suit every need.
As you stroll further, the community comes to life: the inviting activity room to your right often hums with laughter, crafts, and games, while our state-of-the-art fitness center to your left encourages healthy movement at every level.
At the heart of it all is our grand dining hall—spacious, light-filled, and the centerpiece of our shared experience. It’s where delicious meals and meaningful conversations bring people together, day after day.

With a focus on dignity and respect, we provide a supportive environment where residents can live comfortably while receiving the specialized care they require. Although we do not offer a locked in environment, such as a memory care unit, we watch and listen to residents very closely.
DINING EXPERIENCE
The Manor On Lawndale takes pride in offering a delightful dining experience for our residents. Our culinary team prepares nutritious and delicious meals, taking into consideration individual dietary needs and preferences.
Nursing Staff
The health and well-being of our residents is always a top priority. That’s why we have a dedicated nurse on staff 12 hours a day to provide attentive care, monitor health needs, and offer peace of mind to both residents and their families. In addition, we welcome a nurse practitioner to our community once a week, ensuring regular check-ins and access to professional medical expertise right here at home. This combination of daily nursing support and consistent medical oversight helps us provide the highest standard of care in a comfortable, familiar setting.
CNAs and RAs
Our dedicated Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are the heart of daily life here. With compassion and patience, they provide hands-on support that helps our residents feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Whether it’s assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming, helping with mobility, offering activity reminders, or simply sharing a friendly conversation, our team is always there to lend a helping hand.
